I have tested blood for ca19.9. It's observed 75. Is it mean that I am suffering from cancer. What next stage of treatment to bring it down

Hi Doc, l have been diagonased intraductal pappiloma in my left breast largest of which is 1.5 CM. Birads 3 category. I have been on active surveillance since last 1.5 years and no significant change is seen. No medications suggested. If l go for surgery will there be any noticeable shape change? I am unmarried and kinda worried about my appearance post surgery. Please answer.
