GIST tumor
In the CT scan report says that A large mass arising from posterior fundus in abdominal part it can be considered as GIST and the it is about 6cm and done biopsy also in biopsy states that it is fibrocollegnous tissue and no definite evidence of malignancy.. So next wat should the further need to shrink the tumor or to do surgery and remove it .. Any medications you can suggest please

Kindly repeat biopsy. Then can plan further management based on histopathology

Better to go ahead with surgery. Because biopsy sometimes miss GIST. If it is confirmed by biopsy report, then only we shall try treatment for GIST. Before biopsy confirmation we can't give anticancer treatment
