What are the post surgical treatment available for terato carcinosarcoma ? There are remaining cell growth present in region which cannot be operated by an ENT specialist. the tumor is present in the right nasal path and it was removed by surgery but still there are some patch of cell in ethmoid sinus and in intracranial places , what are the post surgical treatments?

Sir after surgery we want treatment for remaining cell growth and to prevent recurrence what treatment is required?

My mom 59 years old has been diagnosed with metastasis breast cancer in february 2020. From feb - july she was on chemotherapy injections and after that on chemo tablets for 2 months. Now in pet scan it's showing cancer is spreading from left breast to right breast. So doctor suggested Eribulin 2 mg injection 6 cycles. Is this amount of dose will be bearable as per her age and how this treatment will be effective for her? Please help.

Is it advisable to go for IMRT-radiation treatment like tomotherapy for early stage squamous cell vocal cord cancer, or the usual 3DCRT radiation is sufficient enough

Hi doctor, My uncle's tongue torn and he is feeling the pain when we showed to doc they told its cancer, we have done some scanning also I have attached the report... But in the report it is not mentioned as cancer... We don't know wot to do... Is it cancer, then what we need to do next?.. Is operation required?... As the operation is on tongue how it affects... Can ultrasound detect and abnormality in the breasts? Or should U go for MRI or Mammograohy? I am 23 years old.
