Ovarian cancer?
This is regarding my mother she is 60 years old. Attached are the CT scan report and her CA 125 report level is 800. CEA and CA 19.9 are normal. Can it be concluded that it is ovarian cancer. If yes what stage it is?

Consider doing a Pet Ct scan to evaluate followed by a diagnostic laparoscopy for biopsy if required

Better to get ascitic fluid testing for ADA and ascitic fluid cytology. And also plan for omental biopsy at the same time

Ca 125 is never sole thing for diagnosis Biopsy confirmation is must In your case my b IHC STUDIES ALSO. Medical

CA 125 is tumor marker for ovarian cancer But it can be elevated so many other conditions like tuberculosis , peritonitis and primary peritoneal cancer. In CT scan ovaries not enlarged. So we can't conclude like ovaian cancer. But she shall consider as possiblity of ovarian cancer. Need biopsy diagnosis to confirm cancer. By chance if it is ovarian cancer or primary peritoneal cancer(after biopsy proven) the stage may be stage III. If need more explanation, please connect with me. Ready to explain further
