This is regarding my mother she is 60 years old. Attached are the CT scan report and her CA 125 report level is 800. CEA and CA 19.9 are normal. Can it be concluded that it is ovarian cancer. If yes what stage it is?

CA 125 is tumor marker for ovarian cancer
But it can be elevated so many other conditions like tuberculosis , peritonitis and primary peritoneal cancer. In CT scan ovaries not enlarged. So we can't conclude like ovaian cancer. But she shall consider as possiblity of ovarian cancer. Need biopsy diagnosis to confirm cancer. By chance if it is ovarian cancer or primary peritoneal cancer(after biopsy proven) the stage may be stage III. If need more explanation, please connect with me. Ready to explain further
