Ovarian cancer symptoms

I am a unmarried and sexually inactive woman.I am having symptoms like pelvic pain, intermenstrual blood stained discharge, lower back pain, feeling of fullness and weight loss since June 16. I have undergone MRI scan in July, which showed nothing abnormal. But I still have the symptoms. Recently I had an abdomen and pelvis USG, even this showed everything normal. My blood tests like cbc, tsh, urine routine are all normal. I have read that these symptoms are similar to ovarian cancer. My MRI is from July, but my USG is recent. Both are normal. Can I be assured that it isn't an ovarian cancer? I am scared as my aunt died of breast cancer and I read that these two cancers are related.

Hello.well yes these two cancers can have a common cause but then we need to evaluate you for it ..yu say that you have symptoms and then your reports are normal...an nit clear whether yiu are assuming about the symptoms or you have really showed to doctor ..please consult a gynaecologist and get examined first...don't self diagnose...
Next Steps
meet a gynaecologist
