Hello doctor...can sanitizer causes cancer or other diseases if enter in inner body..also what r its effects on skin

My mother have a history of high platelet count from the last year. Platelet count 547 Sep 2019 629 June 2020 650 Aug 2020 Treatment (15days) Hydroxyurea 500mg Ecosprin Now platelet count is 635 after 20 days of having medication. Had done with many test Iron study with ferritin, uric acid , peripheral smear, LDH All reports r fine except LDH LDH is 315 So what should be the treatment??? Is it a right treatment ?? An increasing LDH is problematic?? Please give me some advice. Thanks in advance

First i saw right supraclavicular swelling on right side, which not hard and big just there when i lay down and sit its not there, then right arm pain and swelling till wrist not on hands and fingers, now right cheek facial swelling, others problems, urinary incontinence, muscle pain, hip pain, headache dizziness, mostly right side, right abdominal pain, right side stomach feels more fuller ribs pain..

My mother blood test result shows crp 15, platelet 650000, esr 75, wbc 13000 but she doesn't have fever. What could be the possibility?  and which doctor I need to consult if required Thanks

In HRCT Cheat scan there is a finding that Extra thoracic soft tissues appear in normal limits...is it any concerning to cancer..?
