Is there is any relationship between granular pharyngitis and cancer?..granular pharyngitis is due to hypertrophy of lymphoid follicle (part of waldayer ring)..cheif cause of granular pharyngitis is laryngopharyngeal refulx

So he took all water through syrenge and sent a sample peice for biopsy. I attached biopsy report here.
