Cancer Care and Treatment

Patient is 80 yr old female having yellowish discoloration of skin, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite. She is hypertensive and under medication. Sodium level is also less than normal. LFT is not normal. Suggested to take CT and MRCP. Also experiencing mild abdominal pain occasionally in RT hypochondriac region. Doctors are telling about CA cancer and cannot go for surgery because of age. Other treatments are also not possible. It's a suggestion from a surgeon. Pls advise me regarding that in brief. Thanks

I m having sore throat with green phelgam without cough for last 5 weeks and one ulcer in mouth. Got accute chest burn and acidity in last month. Dar yellow urine is passing through out the day.CBC is normal only monocytes is 01. Urine report is normal. B12 is low.Taking esomefol SL and mucaine. Is this a sign of any cancer

Hi Doctor, Due to Corona I am using  more vim , handwash liquid and bath soap . Due to which my skin of hand and bottom of the leg is getting peeled in layers. I am afraid of skin cancer or liver cancer due to soap usage. Kindly let me know the remedies to overcome the layes of the skin peeling of. Kindly please find the attached picture. My uncle has small lump which grows in his one of his leg he then operated in nearby hospital after that his leg is fine but doctor has send its sample report to delhi for testing in which cancer is found. Doctor says it is in first satge. I want to ask if it can be treatable or not? And which hospital will be good for it?

Ten days back I had a sore throat with pain in left ear and pain in left side of neck(lymph node). I had difficulty in swallowing food. I noticed my left tonsil is swollen. There is a lump there. I showed to ENT, but he says it's normal. I completed the course, but still the lump is there and there is even a white spot on it. I am really worried about it. Please help me.

I feel a hard swelling inside my anus. It's hard as a bone. But it was not there a Month before. Not at all paining and no abnormalities while passing stool. Can anyone say what it is

I have completed my chemotherapy of 6 months with folfox and oxaliplatin on March 12th 2020..on Sunday I notice my stool was black in colour with slight blood stains.. Just 2 loose stools after that normal colour stool was there but again today got black stool but no  blood.... got my blood test done My hemoglobin levels are 13.2 Only concern point is Amylase is 154 GGT 293 ALT 44.5 Also uric adic is 559. 75 Random sugar is normal.. Also chest xray was normal and sonography reports were normal but doctors have asked for colonoscopy What can be the reason of my black stool?
