Hello. The ulcerative lesion in your mouth is likely to be cancerous. The stage depends on the size of the lesion and the extent of involvement of neck lymph nodes. Treatment most often consists of surgery followed by radiation +/- chemotherapy depending on the histopathology report. Recovery rates are better with early treatment. Please consult a head and neck surgeon or a surgical oncologist.
Next Steps
Consult a head and neck surgeon or a surgical oncologist for evaluation and surgery. USG Neck or CECT Face and Neck for evaluation of neck nodes Chest X Ray / CT Thorax to rule out lung met.
Health Tips
If the lesion is small and located at the lips or corner of lips, radiotherapy is also an option.
