What are the post surgical treatment available for terato carcinosarcoma ? There are remaining cell growth present in region which cannot be operated by an ENT specialist. the tumor is present in the right nasal path and it was removed by surgery but still there are some patch of cell in ethmoid sinus and in intracranial places , what are the post surgical treatments?
