My grandmother age 84 has lump on the left side of neck with cough and sore throat. Test done report is attached. Need further consultation

My thyroglobulin level 2.11 flag level low this is normal or not...but 6 month before my TG level 3.05 low

Respected Sir/ Madam, I want to know about the subcutaneous nodule found in USG. Is it cancerous by any chance

One week back I had a sore throat, it was painful while swallowing food. My parents also suffered from sore throat at the same time. Since then I noticed this painless hard lump in the right side of my neck. I had taken Azithromycin for 5 days and the throat pain went within two days of medicine...but the lump is still there. Is it due to the infection or something else? What is the treatment for this lump? Can this be anything serious? I am concerned as this lump is situated in the extreme right and down side of my neck with no pain but the throat pain was near tonsils. The pain(which is gone now) area and the lump area is different. I am sharing the picture pointing with the finger the location of the lump.

My dad , 69 years old is stage 4 stomach cancer. Cancer was in neck, ge junction, then distant lymph nodes. But after 4 months of capox chemo he had complete metabolic response. Then he was on capacitabine for 10 months with just blood tests. Now petcet shows some cancer In liver and stomach. I will attach petcet report. Our primary doctor says either chemo or without treatment just adress the symptoms. My dad eats food nicely, he is able to function like before, he can walk, he can ride bike. He is 84 kg. He has little tingling in feet and hand, weakness, sometimes, dizziness sometimes. Otherwise he looks normal. What should we do next?? Previous doctor dint do any pdl1 or msi test.

From February I suffered from chronic headaches for a month for which I took NSAIDs which did not relieve my symptoms completely so I underwent CT Brain which came clear last month ( I had previously suffered from migraine headaches and had MRI brain in April 2024 which was normal ) I also had fondue examination of my eyes which was also normal. After 1 month of chronic headaches they subsided Fast forward to 12-13th March I have excessive fatigue, sleepiness though I sleep 8 hours, yawning and tiredness. Though my blood reports are normal.CBC, Blood Smear, CRP, ESR, LDH, IL6, Thyroid, Sugar, B12.all normal Can this sudden fatigue and sleepiness due to cancer?

Rai treatment after 2 years Thyroglobulin level low but iodine scan shows superclavicular node...my doctor says 2 months after TG test...this is false negatives or reccurence

Is their any concern in my mouth or it is okay and it does not required any further attention to it

Is breast pain in single breast normal? I have sharp pain since 10 days. I had a rash before 10 days as well. Please help

I had chest CT in January 2023 The report is attached. I also underwent chest X Ray in December 2024. Film is attached. And Also CT Coronary Angiogram which says normal coronaries. I have severe fatigue for last 1 week so shortness of breath. Though I get up from sleep with racing heartbeat and shortness of breath. Can I have lung malignancy and can CT Coronary Angiogram incidentally find lung tumors ?
