Considering her and blood stained nipples discharge, it could be malignancy. Even if a mass is not palpable, please get evaluated by a surgeon or oncologist , and do ultrasound and mammogram. Based on the USG results, if a lesion is detected will plan for FNAC or biopsy.

Bloody nipple discharge in women over 60 can sometimes be a sign of a serious condition including cancer, so it’s important to get it checked. However, don’t panic—there are also many causes. To be sure, it’s best to see a medical oncologist who can examine you, ask for a mammogram, and then decide on the next steps. Please don’t ignore the symptom.

Looking at her age, she should definitely be evaluated for the discharge, a sonography and if needed biopsy of any lesion around the nipple should be done
