Based on your description, it is most likely not due to cancer. Chronic, small openings with occasional pus or blood after an episiotomy are usually related to a small sinus tract or chronic infection, not cancer. However, to be sure, please get an MRI of the perineum done. Once the MRI report is available, review it with the right doctor for further management. Don’t worry – this is typically treatable and unlikely to be cancer.

It may have some sinus which gets repeatedly infected , don’t worry abt cancer but please review with a good gynaecologist to assess need to re suture it
