Cancer risk

My mom’s grandmother had breast cancer at the age of 75. Her grandmother had 4 daughters and None had got breast cancer neither any cancer. Now my mom’s own sister has got breast cancer at 37 age but it’s not tripple negative breast cancer. My mom's sister Priyanka Dutta (your mom’s sister) had ER+/PR+/HER2– breast cancer at age 37. • The tumor was 1.8 cm, margins were free, and 0/4 sentinel lymph nodes were positive. • Chemotherapy was not recommended, and she is on Tamoxifen There are no family history of breast cancer in my mom's family except for my mom's grandmother who had breast cancer at the age of 75. Her grandmother had 4 daughters and none has breast cancer but my mom's sister has breast cancer at 37 age . Is my mom and sister at breast cancer risk? If yes, will my mom and sister if they does usg of breast every year will reduce the risk? Here are my mom's sister biopsy report and documents attached
