Your doctor would also evaluate for other causes of fever if any associated with this tumour and treat with antibiotics and other medications as needed. Also next step would be to do a biopsy from the lung leison or an excision biopsy of the neck node. Will plan treatment based on the biopsy results. Meanwhile let her take the supportive medications for fever and pain if any.
Please follow it up with us with the HPE report. Since she is young person, female, there is high possibility of favourable genetic mutations. This can be tested with a selected NGS panel on the biopsy
