You are on thyroxine replacement therapy as you have completely removed the thyroid by surgery and RAIA. The dose of thyroxine taken in this context has to be higher than usual, to obtain a more lower TSH (TSH suppression). But this needs to come down as much as 0.05 only. Yours is 0.02. You can try lowering your thyroid dose to 125 mcg once daily in the morning. Take on empty stomach and do not take food for one hour. The symptoms you mentioned are due to increased thyroid activity. Once you lower the dose, these symptoms will disappear. This change happened as there is more need for thyroid dose when you are carrying the baby, and that need comes down after delivery is over.
Next Steps
Reduce dose to 125 mcg OD . Repeat TSH after 3 weeks and inform.
