Right breast: Irregular mass (4.8 x 2.5 x 3.9 cm) with skin involvement, nipple retraction, calcifications, and signs of malignancy. Enlarged right axillary lymph nodes with suspicious features – suggestive of metastatic lymphadenopathy. BIRADS 5: Highly suggestive of malignancy. Left breast: No dominant mass, one small benign-appearing lesion. Requesting your urgent review and next steps. Biopsy has already been done — results expected in 4–5 days. Meanwhile, chemotherapy has been started by the treating doctor. Just wanted to check if this is the right approach or if any further urgent steps are needed.

Frequent urination during night time resulting in undisturbed sleep,itching on whole body,slight pain in right side breast,i am worried could be these signs of breast cancer???but no lumps on breast

Dr. said it's cancer but in report says is mucocele problem so what I do . Pls help what I do sir ...

Whether if it biopsy required, is any severity furher converted or it can be removed by plastic surgeon. Please advise.

One non-FDG avid liver lesion is also seen. Biopsy has already been done — results expected in 4–5 days. Meanwhile, chemotherapy has been started by the treating doctor. Hi Doctors, What is the current status as per the reports attached and what should be the next step.

Sir,in 2023 my daughter having high fever and the blood reports are below with cbc, peripheral smear,crp...in those reports rbc and platelets and crp are good but WBC was lymphocytic leucocytis but after 5 days fever was normal but we didn't do any other blood test later...now in 2025 my daughter was good without any symptoms...but I am little worried about old reports...please help

My breast looks all dot dot in both sides also small pimples after i stop breastfeeding.I am so scared that this skin appearance is normal or is this what called orange peel appearance in breast cancer.Pics attached.Please please reply me its normal or concerning.Im so scared.

I'm experiencing a recurring and evolving set of symptoms over the past several months. Your presentation includes recurrent sore throats (every 2-3 weeks, for 2-3 months), often accompanied by a feverish feeling and sometimes a low-grade fever (e.g., 99.6°F), have an enlarged tonsil with occasional deeply embedded tonsil stones, and a single neck lymph node that fluctuates in size with your sore throats, never fully resolving. I have ongoing joint pain for three months, affecting multiple joints (primarily the right knee, sometimes the left knee and pelvic region) without visible swelling or redness, mostly occurring in the evening and at night, and recurring after resolving for a day or more. I also have occasional involuntary jerks in  limbs and back, a sensation of suppressing a jerk, moments of numbness in affected areas, and intermittent dizziness (especially when lying down). also have tiny, red, thread-like or wavy blood vessels appearing randomly under the skin here and there

Doctor, I've had a mouth ulcer for 8 to 9 days. Initially, eating was painful, but using an ulcer cream for the past two days has provided some relief. However, I still experience discomfort when applying the cream. As a former smoker who quit over five years ago, I'm concerned that the ulcer isn't healing. Can you please offer some guidance? Thanks
