Brain and Spine Problems

For the last 20 days im suffering from sleep apnea symptoms which slowly progressed from last year. My cognition problems have also gradually increased from last year. Im finding it hard to understand simple conversation sentences these days. My hiv exposure was 9 years back. My hiv tests last year were all negative. Tridot, western blot and pcr all negative but however im having sleeping problems (wake up due to breathlessness as soon as i fall asleep and waking up with the urge to urinate). Im worried it might be due to hiv related cognition problems. Im planning to see a neurologist tomorrow. Can anxiety cause all these cognition problems? Can it be psychological. Im worried it might be central sleep apnea caused by hiv.

Sir/ma'am I m male 27 with following symptoms from last 6 months. Light tremors where the part shakes with low amplitude but visible on observation all the time day and night in left hand intensity is more than right hand Head tremors stomach pulsation Random muscle Fasiculations in legs, hands ,back, arms etc While sleeping I feel the symptoms exaggerated. Have taken multivitamins but things are not improving. Please advice on whether I should be concerned with it or not.

I have pain in My left side back pains: around the tail bone pain. Thigh: needle pricking sometimes Tibia area below knee above toe: needle pricking a little I tense than thigh On the toe above just after the ankle area but before the fingers in the talus bone area: also needle pricking pain with numbness and I feel cold in that area more than the other leg and also heavyness. This pain is not continuous. It is not there some days and sometimes intense. I took a nerve test in Feb 2020 and the results came all fine and suggested me physiotherapy and some pain killers along with nerve pain relieving meds. But the pain dint reduce. When it comes it is super intense that it is there during day and night too sometimes. Please please Help! Not going to hospital because of increasing  covid cases. But need some suggestions here

Headache and weakness in foot ... Once headache start also start streaching the foot and weakness. Also feels nervousness

Patient is my mummy, saying that her back and the left leg and left hand is burning like burning sensation. She is suffering with this problem since March this year year, when she can not bear  burning sensation then use the weight clothes and wipe sensation part and feels little bit relax she is doing this only for from March. She is non diabetic. Using only pressure medicine nothing else. She is 76 years old that's why we are not taking her to any hospital as of this moment due to Covid, so please suggest some good medicine so that she can feel bit relax. It seems that I have only body & there is no hand, feel like both hands are dead. There is no stretching in my armpit. When I walk my hands are not under control. When I ups my hand, its gets down itself. What should I do?

My brother is having some problem in his right hand while writing...as such there is no pain or any sort of a problem in his hands..but while writing only he is telling that he is not able to write as fast as he used too..he is telling his writing speed have gone down. What should i do?

My mum is suffering from burning sensation since March she's not able to go to the doctor due to covid her back is burning and the left side leg and hand is burning when she wrap with the wet clothes she feels little bit relax after that again it is started burning...please suggest good medicine...

My mom has severe calf pain last 8-10 years.sometimes she can't even walk properly.she takes vitamin D3 tab.ones in a week and B12 injection ones in a month.what is reason behind calf pain and is it anything serious?and this is only muscles pain or anything else? Give me some tips and table which can help

Hello Doctor, As discussed earlier, i was unable to walk and my legs automatically bend during walk, But now after 2 sitting with physiotherapist my legs are ok but pain is moving in my body sometimes i feel pain in my back and now i am feeling pain in my right hand and looks like there is one vain which is causing issue. please let me know what should i do for now the medicine which you had mentioned earlier is not acceptable by norwegian doctor so i was unable to buy.
