Cold or ice like sensation in head

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Since last 4 days i am having a cold like or ice like sensation in right side of my head..i have no other symptoms like cough or fever.it is really become uncomfortable now.i also have vomiting tendency(i have gastritis problem)..plz let me know the reason of this...is it serious problem?
