Observation: 1.Loss of cervical lordosis(muscle spam) 2.Disc dehydration changes in C2-C3, C3-C4 intervertebral disc. 3.Mild right foraminal disc bulge at C3-C4 level indenting the right exiting nerve root. 4.The vertebral bodies, Pericles,laminae, transverse processes show normal morphology and MR signal pattern. 5.The facet joints and neural foraminae appear normal. 6.The cervical canal AP dimensions from Level---cm C2-C3 -1.14  C3-C4 -0.82 C4-C5 -0.92 C5-C6 -0.96 C6-C7 -1.18 C7-D1 -1.26 7. The cervical spinal cord and the CSF display normal signal intensity in all sequence. 8. The cranio vertebral junction is normal. The atlanto-axial joint is normal. There is no evidence of tonsilar herniation. 9.The pre and paraspinal regions do not show any abnormal signal intensity. IMPRESSION 1.Disc dehydration changes in C2-C3, C3-C4 intervertebral disc. 2.Mild right foraminal disc bulge at C3-C4 level indenting the right exiting nerve root.

My child is 3 year old...she is not speaking sentences ...but speak some words but not too much clear ..like green to geen...ice cream to iceki...yellow to Ellow ... pediatrician told to consult neurologist once ..pls guide..otherwise she is very active and her cramming power is too good ..she wants to speak utter some words continuesly but not able to speak clear..

Iam experiencing right hand shoulder blade & upper back right side pain from 3 months.No injury, no numbness, normal bowel movement.my mri report of cervical spine is attached with this. please help.whai is cyst in this does these cysts are harmful how they dissolve, what is cord compression, cord means spinal cord? What is the treatment for this. Currently iam using pregalin, tapal, tolifast, lupirtin tablets from 5 days. Iam also experiencing burning like sensation in stomach after taking these medicines. Are these medicines safe.How to completely cure this.which medicines I have to take. Done physiotherapy but no improvement.
