Brain and Spine Problems

My wife was diagnosed with tuberculoma (brain tb) around 19 months ago. Initially medication was started with pyrazinamide 1500 mg  rifampin 450 mg isoniazid 450 mg ethambutol 1000 mg and dexamethasone 18 mg for first four months. Then ethambutol was dropped and rest three were continued for next 8 months. After 1 year, MRI scan showed good progress so pyrazinamide was also dropped and rest two drugs were continued for next 7 months. Subsequently, latest MRI scan on 15 Sep 2020 has shown an increase in the infection with no major clinical symptoms except mild headaches. Is it possible that infection can increase inspite of continuing medication as mentioned above. Latest PET scan report is normal.

There is a feeling i have water in hands and my ear feels like it is clogged, no problems in ent. my hands became weak and wabbly

I have doubt that my vagus nerve damage since 1month feeling uncomfortable.in stomach feeling like nerves are shrinking.an un easy eptying stomach slow feeling hungry soon.sir please clearify my doubts iam worried how do i conform i have what problem. i went to gastroeterolgist he wrote some medicines but it doesnt work.i did ct scan and ultrasound test but cant detect my problems.

Is penile nerve grafting is possible if it is possible then all plastic surgeons perform it please answer sir

Hello respected Doctors From past 3-4 days I've been experiencing forehead twitching when I go to bed also there's some tingling sensation on my forehead that goes away when I touch my forehead Also I'm experiencing dizziness or lightheadedness for 1-2 seconds when I stand up and move suddenly after lying down (this happens once a day sometimes) No headaches no muscle spasms mostly no other symptoms Please help

Hi team, I am suffering from heavy back pain on my lower spinal very left corner just upper side of my back portion. Kindly help asap!! Shobhana

Two legs toe upper and lower nerves tightness, legs back side nerves tightness, pain and back hipe pain. Sleep,  sitting and walk time not steady walking. I consult same doctor to continue not in alternate doctor.

My stomach is not doing digetion.i think i have a nerve problem some of my symptoms match to the vagus nerve damage how do i know i have the same problem what iam thinking.

I felt that my left part of head is bigger than right one,i done mri in August 2020 which is normal, what is the reason of it, is anything serious , is mri report have error or should i do another mri??
