Brain and Spine Problems

I have claustrophobic and some related phobic condition from sometime. So I am taking some recommended Vitamins to cope up with my situation. Vitamins I am taking regularly but my response to anxiety when I face nay anxiety giving situation wasn't improving. My Gym trainer recommended me L tyrosine Can any neurologist please guide me through this medicine?

My daughter almost 6 yrs old complain about dizziness immediately before she sleep and say bed is going up down or she feels its shaking. Sometime she feels the same after waking up in the morning Is it a matter or concern? what can be done plz suggest.

Hello, I am Yash My mother has earlier been diagnosed with epilepsy 4 months back when she got her 1st seizure. Now, Again she got seizure Back to Back 2 seizures, each lasting for around 3 minutes. (Time -3.15 am) Since she is already under medication, and no doctor available as of now. Just want a little help that is it very urgent or we can wait till morning. Much Regards,

Sir my relative has tumor in head her age is 73 years... It has now taken cancerous form it started 5 years back but they refused to remove by surgery but she was on medication... because that lady, s Father passed away due to surgery he had same problem ...but she is in pain now.. And unable to walk..if surgery can reduce her pain or extend her life...because it's near end

My father aged 76 years is suffering from Mineaers disease since last 4 years. Earlier facing frequent attack of vertigo. Presently taking Betavert OD-24, 1 tab 3 times daily and Selgin 5 mg 1 tab daily and there is no such attack since last 10 months. But today morning he faced seviour attack of vertigo with dizinness and vomitting. After taking a ONDEM injection along with PAN IV his vomiting is stopped but presently  heavy dizinness is there and can not sit or even cannot change sleep position. Please advise.
