Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, I am suffering from numbness, tingling and few times pain in hands ,face during mid sleep and distrubing sleep. Please suggest me what can I do.

Hello all, I have been having headaches continuously for 5 days now. It started on 3rd evening and was there till 4th afternoon and I couldn't sleep properly. Then it started again on 5th evening and lasted till the end of the day. On 6th it started in the evening and went away. From 7th morning till now (8th night) i have it continuously. The pain is a combination of pressure, throbbing and tightening. It is there on one side at times and on both sides. I also have neck pain, temple pain and forehead pain. I was out in the sun for a week before this (from 25th August to 31st August). I Do not smoke. I took ibuprofen + caffeine tablet yesterday and it worked for a while, and the headache came back after a few hours. Is this a tension headache or a migraine? What can I do to get rid of it or prevent it.

I have been suffering from stiffness in my neck, jaw and nose since very long but still it's not diagonised,I don't know what is causing this stiffness and whom to consult...please help me with this problem

Hello I had my last seizur in 2009 later I never felt any epilepsy. I have taken the medicines for the same for around 8 years and stopped in 2018 by doctors consultation. Again from last few months I'm feeling like absent minded for example I'm doing every physical activity but feels like I'm somewhere else, my mind is somewhere like that so I again visited to my same doctor. They have prescribed the medicines Diva OD 750 and Dompan. So my question is what all are the side effects once we start the medicines I'm feeling headaches and drazziness after starting this medicine. Please help me into it.

I have anxiety issues from last year. I have already done alot of work up from cardiologist but now last month i just started my job again and its in night shift. So during my office hours i feel back of head pressure and i feel dizzy when i m in standing position and cant concentrate on my work and feel like discomfort around my eyes so i decided to take wrist bp machine with me and took the bp in office 145/95 and it was high but at home bp is fine 115/65. This is happening since last month. When i felt relaxed from cardiologist side then this thing started to me headache and blood pressure fluctuations. I am not able to focus on my work. I feel lightheaded in office please advice what should i do??

Hii ...from past 2-3 months I am facing neck pain which radiates from either side of neck , temples and to eye ...pain level is varying ,some days pain is less while some day due to more household core pain is more... There is relief in pain after using heating belt and oil massage...also neck muscles is tender to touch and pain feels when pressing muscle...after doing heavy household work severe pain starts... Pls help...
