Brain and Spine Problems

I have a vertigo after accident ut it was cure since one year no problem but since 1 month its back not sure why. I started taking vertin 8 mg but no result. I counsalted and started with spin free initially 3 times a day then switch to twice and one time for 2 weeks till 3 days back it was all OK but again its back not just while.sleeping, seating in one position and standing I feel the dizziness and movement. Iam looking for permanent fix not Temporary solution please suggest. Only change I have done in my life after lockdown I started practicing Yoga and planks for weight reduce cut down the sugar am pre-diabetic, and some changes in food 117 to 90 kg I reached in lockdown but now all stopped.

Hello Doctors, Greetings. I guess I have got cerebral edema. I feel pressure on my head. Bones on the skills are paining and left side cheek bones are hurting. My neck is hurting and feeling dizzy. When working I feel dizzy and breathless. What is the treatment for cerebral edema and how long I will survive. No history of Diabetes, blood pressure or thyroid. I googled up it says cerebral edema when I put my symptoms Pls help. Regards

Hi.. As because of coronavirus I have develop confusion regarding cleaning.. like after coming from outside I wash my hand twice with soap but still I have dought that my hand isn't clean... When someone visit my home I clean with dettol and sodium hypochlorite .. then also have dought it's not that much clena.. what should I do... In 24 hour I wash my hand atleast 40 times ...

I feel tightness around my head all the time. Difficulty in sleeping and concentrating.Feels muscle tension at back of my neck and shoulders. I am suffering from last 1 year. I have tried many remedies but not feeling well.

Last 2 months Iam having a tingling sensation and little numbness on my head. I'm having this feel all the time. It's like an insect is crawling on my head, also I feel like my hair moves on its own. I have consulted a neurologist nearby but the prescription didn't work. I have no other symptoms neither stress nor anxiety. Only this thing is my problem. Kindly suggest a way to handle this

My husband, 38 years old, is suffering numbness on his left side-leg, hand and face.
