Brain and Spine Problems

Suffering from Alzheimer's disease since last 6 years. Condition has become very poor now. He cannot perform daily activities and shouts, beats others.

My son when 11 years diagnosed with ADHD due to a lack of concentration on studies during on October 2019 after a neurologist and psychiatrist consultation and was given Axepta 10 mg 1-1-0 daily  + evening 5 ML IQU plus syrup and now even after taking for a year in September 2020 too, doctors asked to extend another 6 months but his ADHD symptoms improved a lot from Nov 2019 itself and from within a month from Nov 2019 onwards too doing pretty well in maths, karate, chess, silambam and overall concentration too. Both Neurologists and Psychiatrists Doctors saying let’s continue the same medication for few more 4-5 years, I’m worried about prolonged axepta usage as he improved within 20 days immediately and not to stop the medication until Doctors confirms when to stop, he’s taking daily. 1) As of now no side effects, but any known side effects to internal organs would occur prolonged usage for another 4-5 years? 2) Is there any chance of ADHD return after doctors stop Medication ?

LOW ATTENUATION  AREA SEEN ON Rt SIDE IN Posterior parietal Region AND ANOTHER SMALL LOW attenuating AREA SEEN IN B/L CAPSULar region s/o OLD INfrACTs -Senile CEREBRAL ATROPHY.

Sleeping more 24 hours and Can't remember anything in the meantime this disease more 5 months . What could be the problem

I had Bell's palsy 2 years ago . I took physiotherapy, medicine but yet not recovered fully .. now Swelling on non Bell's palsy side of cheek it feels like heaviness on non Bell's palsy side.. I don't know what it is Bell's palsy, trigeminal neurologia, or RHS ??? I feel my good side puffy , heavy.. , non BP cheek is more thicker than BP cheek... What it could be? I feel like my whole face pulled to non Bell's palsy side.. please help what should I do to fix this problem? * Attached photo*

I have low vitamin B12 ,for which my Dr suggested me to take nuhenz tablets everyday at night after meal ...I have taken it for 2 days and I'm having a continuous headache from 2 days...is this headache a side effect of these medicines and if yes...suggest me something

Hi, i have severe headache in complete forehead area. It occurs 5 out of 7 days. The pain is very acute on most of the days and doesnt subside easily. Previously taken medications were ciplar and sibelium which worked well for few months but later stopped affecting. Then took sensival and divalproex which didnot suit and caused extreme nausea and constipation. Not taking any treatment rite now.head ache occurs because of disturbed sleep, exertion, some times exhaustive work. Please advise. The problem ia around 20 years old.

Sir last 1 week I feel dizziness . I am taking vertigo (cinnarzin). If not taking cinnarzin continue feeling dizziness.

He has suddenly pain in neck over a week then after this pain switch to his left wrist and then after pain swich to chest and then after right knee.

Sir, Iam getting head heaviness and chest pain in left side walking with hard  shoes and slippers , when iam walking with soft slippers Iam not getting any of these Iam comfortable, please help me how to overcome this problem sir
