Brain and Spine Problems

I feel swelling on my right side of back head, is this due to any tumor in my brain or due to some any other causes of it, I also feel mild headache on left side of head and heaviness on top of skull and on eye, when i sleep i experience nothing when i stand i feel like fall down but never fallen, dizziness What is reason behind it, i done mri (brain limited) which is normal i attached report of it

I have mild headache and feeling heaviness in head at top of skull and right part of my head And heaviness around eyes Feeling like fall down when i stand but never fall down, is this symptoms of brain tumor and also i done mri of brain, which is normal as per radiologist, can mri give false or erroneous report??

Unable to sleep at night for days also have taken  sleeping pills. But sleeping pills didn't work. Less appetite.

It's paining at upper side of my left eye from three days. There is a problem of pulsating the veins on upperside of the eye but now it started paining from three days.

65 years old male having diabetes and heart condition ( had heart attack at age of 40) Currently facing burning sensation in sole of left foot. Icing is done regularly which gives temporary relief Taking meds for sugar and heart condition and sugar is under control. Also the sensitivity in both feet has decreased over time. What should be done next? Pls suggest Do we need to take some meds or some home remedies can do, Also what should be given or avoided in food in such condition. Thanks in advance.
