Severe Headache
Hi Team,
I get severe headache and neck pain everytime, when there is a change is my day to day scheduled activity.
This is creating a big time problem for me now, as I have to follow a strict Schedule.
Kindly help.

Most likely inflammation due to improper posture. Analgesics with muscle relaxant may help along with postural control. Additional radiology may be required for proper evaluation.
