Normally migraine attacks reduces during pregnancy. But in few it may increase. You can try both pharmacological and non pharmacological methods. For severe headache try paracetamol 650 mg. with meal or milk. Avoid Chinese food and if she has habit of tea or coffee it should not be consumed over and above the regular consumption. In some coco can also precipitate headache.  Yoga and relaxation exercise may also help. Regular sleep and small frequent non spicy diet is imp. If with all there is no relief consult your physician.

These symptoms are quite normal during pregnancy d/t physiological and hormonal changes..  Don't worry Give her Tab Crocin 500 mg as and when required along with Tab Rantac 150 mg twice daily... Early wakeup and early sleep will help...  TLC is also important... Donot use spicy food..
