Brain and Spine Problems

This is the Brain MRI report of my father aged 80. 1. No acute focal or diffuse cerebral lesions. 2. Cerebral atrophy with small vessel ischemic changes. He has been having issues with his memory for the past few months. Forgetting common names and repeating talks sometimes . Gradually not comfortable using computer or whatsapp. Otherwise he is physically alright and doing all his work. Visiting neurologist soon. Please share your thoughts on the report. Is it worrisome.

I feel like Alcohol intoxication man. I have no control my hand my leg, my thinking,. Always my body  feel like i have drink lot of alcohol. But i dont eat  alcohol. Reality is i dont like alcohol. So what is the reason for this cause? Two years ago i have CSR eye disease. Now my right eye have little vision problems like  little blur vision. When i sleeping then alcoholic problems gone. And when i wake up and walking then feeling like alcoholic man. No control leg and thinking. I am a worker plz help me from this problem. Last note :  always i am using headphones for hearing music. Can effects this on my head? Thank you.

Hi I had headache on monday and Tuesday. From wenesday, i started feeling numbness in my right arm and both legs (espcially calves). Numbness is continuous. Throughout the day. Please suggest.

PAST 5 years different ortho doc advise pain killer and multivitamin . etc..not working pls advise if xray or mri need to be done

Patient is hypertensive since more than 10years and on hypertensives medication. he is experiencing severe dizziness, imbalance, loss of control, tend to fall, unstability specially in the morning hours as soon as he wake up since last 1-2 years. For rest of the day, same symptoms are there but with less severity. All lab test, blood sugar, mri brain, echo is normal. Also. Once diagnosed with BPH, but it is resolved now.

What happens if levera-500mg tablet is given twice a day by mistake..? I have given levera-500mg tablet to my father who is using a couple pf medicines like ecosprin,etc and enoxaparin-40mg injection once a day. What happens...
