Brain and Spine Problems

For last two months I am not to sleep properly I go to sleep at 10 PM wake up by 3 am after that no sleep. Is any way I can sleep. There are financial problems. Due to not able to sleep I am not able to work

Sir/Mam, My symptoms are 1. While sleeping I feel like the bed is shaking (just like how berth shakes in trains) or if I am sitting on Sofa/chair I feel like the same. I get this shaking feel from back part of my head.  2. Also I feel vibrations is going on inside my body especially in the head and legs (mostly legs). The feeling increases while sleeping & sitting, while not so frequent while standing. 3. Occassionally I feel light headedness and tendency to fall down. I am feeling these symptoms for past one month now, I am not sure what am I experiencing. Also I have noticed feeling increases in evening & night. Can someone please help me, I am really stressed about this?

I'm having anxiety issues past few months . My heart beat rises most oftenly,so much that sometimes i'm out of breath,my body temperature increases. Sleep disturbance is there as I'm an IT professional.

Sir I have tremor of low amplitude since last 4 months. My whole body feels shaking all time. When I keep my teeth near each other without each other ,they tend to touch and tremor at a low amplitude,just felt by me. I can see my left hand thumb vibrating at highest amplitude when I bring it below the index finger. Kindly advice on possible issues associated. Thanks

Severe headache from last 14 days ..taking pari cr25 from 5 years..I wants to stop taking pari cr ...that is why I am not taking it from last 3 days ....now taking comig 500 mg 3 times a days and clonazepam. 5 mg at night....from last 3 days...

I have severe pain in lower back. Problem in forward bending since 2 years. A mild pain in Right leg. Can it be cured with medication ?

Hi, I'm suffering from sever head ache from a very long time. I tested for eye power change but it is same as before. I often get angry or feel stressed or cry without any reason. When I get head ache I couldn't bare the pain. During this lockdown I consulted a doctor and he gave me tryptomer 10 mg tablet for 15 days. But still my condition is same. Can you please tell me what might be the problem?
