Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Doctor, Within head Top left region of brain having ache. Every 15 mins pinching ,one sided left side. Mild some times more . past 2 days.

From last 3 months continuously leg pain is  occurring while operating with the leg, the nerves stretch out and pain each time I make any moment.

I am suffering from severe headache throughout the day. Having same feeling since last 7 days it feels like someone has put some weight on my head. What may be the root cause also kindly suggest me some treatment regarding this.

For the past two months, Iam getting a crawling sensation on my head as if my hair is moving. It happens all the time. Sometimes I get a little shock wave like feel on my right head side. What can it be?. I have no other symptoms and no stress or anxiety. I have consulted a neurologist nearby but the prescription didn't work. What to do with this. Its very irritating

Whenever I rest and lie down , I feel small shaking in my whole body , and my whole body feels so light while walking, kindly tell me why this happening suddenly

Recently I have diagnosed with vestibular migraine. I am feeling headache, dizziness,vertigo, me and my surrounding is moving. My doctor suggested 1. Betacap tr 40 once a day 2. Betacap plus 10 once a day My headache symptoms improve ,but dizziness symptoms slightly improve. I also try vertin 48 tablet.

I have a left shoulder pain in arms and sometimes in the ribs and feel like tight in left side of neck this is due to gastric or should I see a neurologist. I have seen cardiology also they said it's a muscle strain should I continue with the medicine they gave or consult a neurologist

Ache in the backhead and neck. Usually worse during night and trying to concentrate for sleeping. May be from sunlight, cold, sudden humidity or work pressure. Some pimples are found at tthe backhead too, appear and disappear periodically. Headache recycles almost every fortnight or month. BP and Sugar normal. Please help.

My dad has pain right top from is head to the end of neck.. across the shoulder we have consulated many physicians but 1 of them gave him vitamin b12 injection for 5 days for 1 day interval each and along with a to z vitamin capsules also said to do hot water bag therapy but it did not came with any result in the pain he suffer. What is it please tell how to cure it

Hi, I am a working professional. Due to long working hours my sleep pattern is completely disturbed .And for last 7 or 8 months I am unable to have a sound sleep .I hardly sleep for 3 hours and wake up around 3 in the night. After that I am unable to sleep . Even on holidays I am unable to sleep . I have tried to do some.physical activities like jogging or weight training.But non of them have helped me to fall asleep and have a good sound sleep. What can be the reason and what shall be done to get my sleep pattern back to normal. Thanks, Vishnu
