Hello sir/madam, My husband is 34 years old. He is suffering from moderate headache in one spot on right top of head since 15 days. He is experiencing this headache continuously and sometimes intensity is increasing. Frequency of pain - continuously and sometimes pain intensity increasing Other problems - No other health problems with headache Nature of pain - stabbing pain Please suggest.

Need to do regular exercises and walk Daily relaxation exercises like deep breathing for 15-20 min Avoid electronic devices and mobile especially at night Reduce overall stress and screen time Use working desk for laptop Eat more veggies in diet Sos painkillers
