Sharp stabbing pain in left  side head
It's a stabbing shooting pain have been coming very frequently whenever they like but mostly I noticed when I have cough/cold or nose/ear problem, that seems to be coming from my left backside head, . it's like every 1  minute, and they last about 1-2 seconds. The pains are so bad that my eyes flinch and tear up almost everytime.  but only if i put my fingers on that exact region of my head & continue pressing what's feel like a nerve, the pain reduces drastically,From internet search of head images, I think it's at around  temporal region of head. For pain reduction i take MOBIZEX tablet, also on doctor advise, I also took for some time NEUROKIND. This pain is taking a toll on my life whenever it appears, Additional info: MRI brain & MRI spine attached

Its most likely some neuralgia.... it may be  trigeminal or glossopharyngeal ?? Go for MRI BRAIN WITH FIEASTA sequence... Then consult a neurosurgeon. or neurophysician
