  4. Regarding Back pain. Right treatment ?

Hi sir. My grandfather  aged 75 years suffering  from  Bullous Emphysema suddenly  got severe lower  back  pain and hand shaking For this we gave Inj Dynapar  daily once  since 8 days and also Hifenac Th tablet  .Now back pain decreased  by 50 percent. Is this the right treatment  ? Some doctors  are saying that by giving  Dynapar inj kidneys gets damaged .For how many days can we use Dynapar injection. Please reply
