Back n spinal pain in middle

Hello doctor i have back pain since my pregnancy .first, i thoughtit because of pregnancy but after delivery i can also feel the same pain .in middle of spine mostly after standingfor long time n at night.when i press the pain area it feels like someone give me injection. what are the reasons of it? Should i worry aboutit?

If you delivery was by c section such type of pain is common Try using the lumbar belt while sitting and standing Don’t stress your back a lot

Don’t lift heavy weights or bend forwards Donot twist spine Check your vitamin d and calcium and b12 levels and if low start taking the medication as oral supplements or injections
