Back pain n it is like bullet pain
Back pain near dorsal parts and it is bullet pain and pain shifts from one place to another place and doctor said it is nerve compression near lumbar area. And some time pain intolerable so is that good idea for surgery? Or go with drugs. It is been almost 10 days now having severe pain and need to take pain killer twice a day.

It all depends on the quality of life compromised. If the frequency of the pain episodes r becoming more and not feeling better even after with medicines then u need to go for surgery
