Brain and Spine Problems

Dear Dr I am 53 female and have frequent dizziness since a couple of months i got this neck xray done .plz suggest corrective actions as per attached report need to get rid of this dizziness i do not know if its the ear infection looking fo help here .also i take temsi am for BP

Pain in right hand starting from ring finger to shoulder. Pain point changes. It is since last ten days.after taking vevron 50mg it gives relief for 8hrs.after that again pain starts .is it any nerves problem due to which paining. Or any other issue.guide me properly.

My mother is having an episode, and doctor has told that she is suffering from PNES. Some medicines are given but there is no improvement as such. Last 2 days were really painful for her as she was getting continuous seizures. Can anyone advise.

My mri of brain (limited) is normal , but i have question in my mind one dr. Suggested me to go for mri with contrast, when dr. Suggest mri with contrast and why they suggest this

Pain in neck and shoulders with sharp pain at some points in shoulder and upper back, headache, giddiness...these things happen several times in a year although the intensity varies...but nowadays there is also a sharp pain near heart which lasts for few minutes...what are the possible causes of all this?

Six months back i started taking medications for migraine head ache from the near by neurologist... Within one month headache gone but doctor said it is the course and to continue for 6 months.. But during this time, i am feeling continuous dizziness, loss of interest in doing daily activities which i was doing earlier, unknowingly crying, Mind became empty and getting crying.. In the mean time i thought it was psychological issue and consulted psycologist and used their medicines also for 1 month.. I am uploading both neurologist prescription and psycologist prespcription which i used from last 6 months.. Please help me to become what i was earlier..

I recently got a lump in the shape of almond and size half sliced almond near left thigh joint which I feel is connected to a nerve I feel as it moves when touched.  Feels no pain and when pressed got mild pain. I have marked the location in blue on pictures. Right after this I got mild swelling and pain in middle back below sholder blade. Thought it could be spasm or sprain due to change in lifestyle and lot of physical wood work recent days. last 10 years very less physical work. Maybe even thought married 6 months back and backpains are common. Lump isn't Not sure if this is problem or some issue. The change in lifestyle would be some physical activity like very mild 15min workout stretches and 4km walking and jogging in a day. I used to be active during college days and things changed last 10 years. So wanted to keep myself like old so slowly started all this and also started some wood work. Married 6 months back, so life is normal... but it was bothering me why did lump came...

I have headaches frequently and had dizziness and back head pain in june 2020. I have done MRI. attaching MRI brain. Is there everything normal?

I have pain little but continuous pain in my gums,teeth and some time mouth opening.i saw it neurologist whose medicine work but sometimes i feel same pain when i do work hard like traveling and all.I want to know it is trigeminal neuralgia or some nerve weakness but my doctor not said clearly..

I am feeling pain in the left side of head behind ear. This happened two times in a month and it continues till 2-3 days. I am taking pain killer like Anacin and DP Gesic but still there is no relief.
