Headache and pain

Asked for Female, 15 Years

I m having heachache since last 7 months. Nd with headache i have many other problems also like vertigo it feels like something is traveling in my body nd where its traveling its paining. I may experience a little paralyzed in my body on my left side. Please let me know if i have any kind of disease or i need to consult a neurologist

Need to start following a routine. Due to Covid this problem is faced by many. Start regular exercises and meditation Relaxation exercises like deep breathing Avoid social media and all electronic devices and mobile especially at night before bedtime. Eat more veggies in diet. Sos painkillers Consult if still having issues. Thanks
