Make a pain chart by giving ur pain a point on scale of 0(no pain) - 10(severe pain) with associated symptoms like Nausea/ vomiting/photophobia/ Dizziness etc.

Try to first find out what is the trigger of your headache like lack of sleep or any stress ,it may help to reduce your headache, consult a doctor depending on your history they will give you medicine
