Hello, my mother has been having pain in her right leg (near the shin bone) and thigh, sometimes its less and sometimes it's unbearable, it eases if she relaxes for some time, she is very active, but doesn't believe it might be due to fatigue, please share any direction on these lines, i wanted to check from a neuro perspective, but please advise if i should check from an ortho perspective. Observed Giddiness in the morning today while thinking something and becomes normal, when we take rest by closing eyes for 5 mins. This was observed during empty stomach and No water intake too.

My husband is a software engineer and he works for more than 14 hours a day without getting up from his seat.. he says his neck is aching and he has back pain , he sometime says his bump is also paining.. he doesn't go to deep sleep also...
