Brain and Spine Problems

I have recently developed lumbar stenosis. but i am really confused which specialist to consult? neurologist, orthopedist, or something else? please suggest.

I have continuous dizziness from past 2 days.. When ever I stand or walk or change the way I sit.. Have been feeling pukish on the first day.. But now only dizziness and head ache.

Tell me What is the use of ncecto 5 ds..it was really urgent Please emergency...is it a nurve tablet..

Initially pain started right side between butt and lower waist. Started exercise and got relief but now it reaches to right sole where curve shape is in sole. After sitting for sometime when I stand up and try to walk, pain don't allow me so I take more support from left leg while walking. After some walk, It gets normal.

I have migraine since the past 1 year or so. My doctor has prescribed me Topaz 25mg for morning dose and Topaz 50 mg for the night dose. He has also prescribed me with a SOS medication., Vasograin. Now, I don't mean to be condescending or a know it all, but I'm an R&D Officer in a Biopharma, so I understand that Vasograin is not safe for migraine. There are many safer medications available out there. I've tried to reason with with my doctor, but he said it's safe to take it. But my episodes are like 4-5 times a month and each episode goes on for about 2 days requiring atleast 2-3 doses of Vasograin. I'm already experiencing it's side effects of twitching, dystonia and akasthia. also feel medication overuse also develops an increase in the condition when not treated properly. But, at the end I'm not a DOCTOR. As a patient in need of a good doctor, I am humbly asking if any kind doctor can help me in weaning off these meds for good and cure my condition. Kindly advise.

I have pain in my left leg starting from hip. I'm unable to move after sitting or resting for longer time as my leg and waist ache too much . When I use to walk a little then it becomes normal for few minutes then again it starts aching. What should I do??? What type of remedy? Any precautions???

Pain in heels and swelling with redness above heels at back side of foot and having muscle and joint pain including finger joints. Also experiencing tingling and vibration sensation frequently in lower legs and arms. Early morning arms are getting numb and weak. I am taking Thyronorm 50mcg for hypothyroidism. TSH last checked in July and was 4.9 Also my uric acid level is 7 and creatinine 1.12 Taking also Telmissrtan and Cilnidipine for high BP. Could the foot pain and tingling due to thyroid dysfunction?

My nephew is sometimes facing a problem. He suddenly falls on floor, and shows no movements. He will not respond to anything when we move or call or does anything to him. Sometimes this condition will be there for around 15 to 30 minutes. When we meet doctors, they were not able to find the problem and everything looks alright in medical exams. Are there any tests that can give results of what happened in his brain from last 24 hours or how to find the problem? Could you please help?

My father is a Parkinson's patient and is having excessive leg swelling since last few months. He is on Amantrel since last 2 years. Along with this 2 years back he underwent a surgery for Bladder Diverticulum and since then is on Urotone and Rapilif 8 medicines. He is 84 years old.
