Brain and Spine Problems

I was faint one week ago. I go to civil hospital sundernagar and have done ct scan and MRI reports.ct scan cheked by doctor and said that there is some problem in brain and asked for MRI .MRI report is yet to checked on 05.10.2020.i was fainted 2 months earlier also. now since current incident i am not feeling well and some times i thought that i m going to be faint legs arms and tongue starts abnormal.

Underwent a long period of anxiety (3 to 4 weeks), felt pins and needles, numbness, palpitations, manual breathing etc. Everything subsided after taking anti depressants but still feel internal vibrations/buzzing with muscle twitches in hands and feet. Kindly tell what to do now

I have vitamin b12 deficiency 167. Feeling sensation in nerves . Taking tablet nurokind lc from last 1 month. How much time would this medicine take to overcome my deficiency and give me relief from sensation in nerves. ? Also after how much time should i check my vitamin b12 level again?

As i walk i fell my body heavy and my head feel very light due to this I can't walk properly.this is happening since I left lifting weights..now my body and muscle got very weaken and due to this, when I walk it feels like my body is pushing and legs weight is felt in my mind.

This is regarding my father age 65 , he expirenced a sudden fall in night after waking up from sleep , caused 2 min of shock and inablity of speech after which he stood up on his own no numbness or or weakness or slurry speach no symptoms after that subsequent holter ecg and ct scan where done which came out to be normal , have high triglyceride at 340 , and low sodium level , fasting glucose normal

I am facing right side facial weakness, I can't hold water, I can't close right eye tightly. I am diabetic but my blood sugar (145 for 30 days avg) and bp are optimal (109/80). What could be the reason, how long will it will take for cure. Please advise, Thanks.

I am feeling sensation in nerves from last 1-2 months . I want to know whether it can be due to vitaminD3 and vitamin b12 deficiency. As in my blood sample test vitamin d3 came 13.69 and vitamin b12 was 167. After that i m taking vitamin d3 sache per week 60k unit And vitamin b12 daily nurokind lc tablet. Want to know how much time vitamin b12 tablet will take to stop sensation in my nerves?

Hi , Can you tell the root causes, and tests required to find out the causes for nerve weakness? Can stomach related problem also create nerve issue? How effective acupuncture therapy? Thanks
