Brain and Spine Problems

From last few months, I am facing frequent tiredness and then I have extreme headache. Whenever I do some physical work, or even go to market for multiple hours I face the headache .I also face acute acidity and burn in chest. My general indicator for headache was meal skip. Whenever I skipped meal, I have headache but now a days even with proper meal I get easily tired and then my headache starts which stays till the time I take saridon.

From last three or four years I have been suffering from cervical pain . before some days I have consult a neuro physician he advised me for back mri so I have done in mri shows the picture that my neck & waist nerve are suppress kindly give me good advice for recovery from it.

Sir, I have been facing this problem last 02 years. I am listening everything but my mind is not responding accordingly . Even I am not able to remember what I read few minutes ago. Please give me some tips to improve and sharpen my memory.

Sir,my elder sister is blind since birth when we consulted Vrajesh udani' from Hinduja hospital Mumbai .we came to know that she is suffering from labour conjective .& A few days ago we came to know that in 2018 the cure was developed for the same. My father recently had stroke for which he was taking these medications from last 40 days. I am not able to connect with same doctors, as I moved to different city. I would like to know if these medications are safe and to be taken. Another 1 or 2 months?? Do I needs to avoid or remove any medicine from the prescription below?? My mother was  diagnosed Carpal tunnel syndrome in right wrist, 5 years ago with 2 months medicines of oxcarbazepene, dosulepin, paroxetine.., No problem and symptoms during last 5year,. Two days before, she starts numbness and pain during rest and sleep time,

15 years old boy, son of my sister, got seizures two times and fainted in the past week. After gaining consciousness he could not remember what happened to him. Kindly suggest. Reports of CT scans and ECG reports are attached. One doctor he went to see mentioned that this is happening because of gas in the stomach.

I am having initial problem of varicose veins from 2 3 months in my both foot. My legs pain too much and also numb.Can i take Pregalin m 75 for the above problem. Also i am wearing stockings for varicose veins. I also feel very tired.
