Brain and Spine Problems

Last 2 months Iam having a tingling sensation and little numbness on my head. I'm having this feel all the time. It's like an insect is crawling on my head, also I feel like my hair moves on its own. I have consulted a neurologist nearby but the prescription didn't work. I have no other symptoms neither stress nor anxiety. Only this thing is my problem. Kindly suggest a way to handle this

My husband, 38 years old, is suffering numbness on his left side-leg, hand and face. He suffered Brain stroke in March 2015 on left side and a wake up stroke in February 2020. since February 2020 he was on medicines - Prevagold 10mg,nexfolin and Prexaron. He is currently taking prevagold 10 mg and nexfolin. He has quit smoking permanently after February 2020.Due to coronavirus we could not visit hospital after march. Please advice..

I am suffering from double vision on my right eye only. Several eye related tests has been done on me . Revealing that i have normal eyes. The doctors suggested that i must be suffering from severe anxiety. I have tried on multiple lens nothing seems to work. I have no other symptoms that could suggest anything else. Is it common to forget few things due to multitasking? As I am a software engineer working on a big project, I will be taking care of many things to avoid production issues and to do not get escalations from client. I am also a family member and working from home, I will always be disturbed by my 2 year old son, and family members. It seems this problem becomes more serious and might become mad soon. Could you suggest what are the common tests that can detect any problems in my brain. What are the long term problems from multitasking? Can I leave like that without consulting doctor?
