Brain and Spine Problems

I have been detected dilated retro cerebral csf causing effacement of torcula measuring 44x28x21mm. Need expert advice whether it is dangerous, does it need immediate surgery . I don't have symptoms associated with arachnoid cyst however at times I feel some pain not severe on right or left side of head near ear but it lasts for few minutes. This got detected as I did CT neck and head for headache where it was detected that I have straightening of spondylitis. I work for longer hours on laptop.

Giddiness happened twice in year with memory loss upto 50 seconds. It started from the age of 9 to till date.

I'm suffering from lower back pain,neck pain and headache. What should I do ? Which type of treatment can help me

I get numbness in feet if my feet if I sit folding my legs, and in the night hands go numbness when I keep them on my head or stomach. Now a days I an feeling numbness on the backside of my scalp. Can you tell me what may be the reason?

My MRI shows mild disc bulge at c3 c4 level casing mild inpigment on biliterial nueral forminia. Mild disc bulge at c5 c6 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation Disc bulge at L4 L5 level casing anterior thecal sec indentation . What I do ,and complete cure treatment available or not?

Doctor I am having random muscle fasciculation all over body on daily basis without break from last 3 months. I have consulted doctors  through telemedicine and not in person and they say it's stress advising sleeping pills and anti depressant. But things are not improving. Moreover I have noticed fasciculation in tongue also. I have a doubt regarding muscle wasting in the tongue and hands.I am attaching the pics. Kindly guide whether muscle wasting is there or not. And if muscle wasting is accompanied by fasciculation can it be BFS or MND. I don't drink or smoke or take coffee or tea. Thanks in advance.

Since two days I am.having leg cramps/pain i am.not.able.to.figure out..it's not in bone..either muscles or nerves..three days before I had joint pain. I guess exertion.. too much work load and standing job.. I applied cold pressure. But since two days .the pain is der below knee till angle.. mostly on the calves side.. I don't think it's pain.. but some weird sensation..

Had chronic hyponatremia. On sept14 had two episodes of seizure in a day. Diabetic and hypertension problem. Diagnosis was metabolic encephalopathy. Had confused state for almost 3 weeks. Postitcal psychosis. In last week of august ,started having problem of urine retention and frequent urge for urination. With medicines urine problem is stable. Medications mentioned in profile. VitaminB12 has been greater than 2000 since two weeks. I am unable to understand the cause and what effects it can have.?? Till date normalcy has not been attained.

Last two months I have this numbness in my left foot which is uncomfortable, I am feeling more trouble during sleep and working out in gym.I am in IT and in sitting position for a long time also I am over weight to my height(114 kgs) What could be the reason for this numbness and what treatment is recommended. Not able to sleep at night as I have a weird feeling in the feet which is like vibrating!!! Please advice - Karthik
