Brain and Spine Problems

Hi, While sleeping can't move head sideways left or right. Facing problem while moving the head at right side. At the time of standing or walking feels like been pushed forward Feels fine while sitting, problem arises both while walking and sleeping. Center head can feel tingling effect and head pain. Occasionally pain in the left ear and after exercise of moving head backward and forward, some pain relief is seen. Please advise necessary treatment for the same.

Every morning between 5 to 7 am.taken two tabs of headset or naprosuma after few times feel relux. After breakfast lamosyn100, topaz100. Migrabeta TR 80, venlite od50, softeron z capsule one no. each drugs has taken.8 pm.one no. Tan altonil5mg.9 pm.one no. Qutan25 taken. After dinner tabs taken lamosyn100 .topaz100. flunarizine10 mg each one no. Jarda pan huge quantity taken 3 to 4 hours everyday

Sir i am facing problem of pain in my left heel. It look sharpe when i wake up in the morning and with walkimg it get relexed somehow...this problem persist from last o e year

I am having some weird rocking sensations and gravitational pull sensations. I had been to a neurologist with clear Brain MRI. He thinks I'm fine but I'm not. I've read about mal de debarquement syndrome/pppd/vestibular migraines on the internet and they seem to quite match the symptoms that I'm feeling. Is there any doctor who knows about these and have dealt/treated patients with similar conditions/symptoms. Please help me.

My Father is suffering from Neuro issue ( Bipolar) from last 4 years and recently diagnosed with Tuberclosis and Brain MRI resulted in Manangitis. Currently in a private hospital ICU, Sodium Level had been dipped which have improved but his Verbal Response is not improving. Need Help/ Suggestions about What type of specialist doctor to be approached as I'm not sure should I reach Neurosurgeon or general Physician. Also He is in ICU because of earlier experience of seizure ( two three times) and then We had done MRI and Other Bone Marrow Fluid test But Not seeing improvement in one week Should i wait patiently so that his condition improve or approach any specialist doctor in Indore Area / Govt Hospital Expenses is secondary aspect, but belong to lower middle class family.. so plz suggest

Sometimes i am getting multiple jerks from waist down that ends up in both legs at same time whenever i lie down and try to sleep, Is it a cause of worry? I wake up everytime when that happens and can't sleep properly, my heart starts also beating fast, thats what i have noticed, i do have anxiety disorder.

Mri of spine was done in which small perineural cyst along right S2 exiting nerve root in neural foramina was seen .what is possible treatment for this?

How can I tell if a head injury is mild or severe? I am sleeping in bus in last row, suddenly because of break my head hit on back seat. Should I go to doctor?
