My wife is suffering from schizophrenia and calcified lession on her left partial region and always murmer loudly and shouts loudly and has headache when i give her medicine she refuses hardly what can i do please help me

Painfull headaches no underlying sickness like hypertension or sugar diabetes. Just painful headaches. Drinking lots of water.

I have vertigo 5 months back since that i have fear of getting vertigo taking 4mg of vertin twice a day to prevent vertigo attack everytime i wakeup have fear of vertigo how to cope up with it.

I have constant burning pain under ear in the jaw since may. It started suddenly one day when I was chewing my food more than usual. Next day, heard a pop in jaw, jaw pain started with mild swelling. Still the same pain. It radiates to neck in July. Constant burning in side of the neck since July. Ear pain, ringing in ears, hearing some soft music humming sound in ear,sore pain on top of head on one spot above the ear. These symptoms since August. Went to dentist and he told me to extract upper wisdom tooth, do root canal on lower molar. Still same symptoms. Ent checked for sinus infection through Endo and no infection. He want me to do CT scan for sinus. I went to tmj specialist and he told me it's muscle tightness and jaw joint issues. My dentist want me to check if it's eagle syndrome or trigeminal neuralgia. Does my symptoms indicate TN? Does it affect the neck area too? My neck is tight and stiff. I have constant feel of something stuck in throat. I am able to swallow food. TN??

Since 4-5 days I am having tingling sensation in skull. I feel little dizzy whole day. I have less or not pain but (for eg when we fold leg and sit and get up after long time what we feel in out leg.- that way I feel in skull) I sleep inclined put pillow in inclined position as I am having acid reflux. Is it due to wrong posture, vertigo or something else.?

I have severe headache for the past few months. The paid is on the sides, above the eyes and in the centre. Even after a really good night's sleep, i have headache as soon as i get up. I had a hectic lifestyle for the past two years but now it is fine. A day or two ago i also noticed a slight numbness on the right side of my face and a pain in the side of the neck between the area of ear and shoulder joint. I had a lower back muscle injury last year so as soon as the winters are beginning, that pain is returning. Along with that there is a pain in the entire lower back area. Headache is there almost everyday. But when I take a long walk or exercise, i feel fine. I eat fine, sleep for at least 6-8 hours at night. Rarely eat outside food. I have pcod.

My father is suffering from ankle and foot swelling in left foot since one year. The condition is painless. Every evening the feet is swallen up but becomes normal in morning.

My father paralysed in 2013 . Not much progress with movements. Right hand is not really working. No movement in fingers and toes. He can't speak clearly. Very much violent nowadays. Sometimes he could slap and kick the other person. Keep repeating same words. The right leg have no movement. Please suggest some medicine which could work with his receovey of brain. Thanks
