Not able to close left eye tightly
When I close my eyes tightly though they close but my left eye does not close as tightly as right.
I this some kind of nerve or facial weakness. Being suffering from dry eyes and neuropathic pain. Left eye strains on inner corner and opens less.

Since when do you feel that left eye is not getting closed properly. Do you have any problems in left ear like discharge.
Dry eyes can be due to many causes like using too much mobile or laptop . You should get one schirmer test done. It is a simple test done by opthalmologist .
