Regular dizziness for 2 months like i'm floating or my surrounding floating, taking vertin tab for 10 days now i feel a little beat ok n can i take ginkocer m capsule

I had visited there was a pain on scalp only so I don't need to worry.. could someone tell me what foods shall I take to keep my brain healthy

Right knee swelling and pain, unable to fold the leg, unable to stand for 30mins continuously..unable to perform physical activity.

I am suffering from double vision on my right eye only. Several eye related tests has been done on me . Revealing that i have normal eyes. The doctors suggested that i must be suffering from severe anxiety. I have tried on multiple lens nothing seems to work. I have no other symptoms that could suggest anything else. I have no headaches or mental health issues. I am just confused fir whats causing this double vision in particularly my right eye

Is it common to forget few things due to multitasking? As I am a software engineer working on a big project, I will be taking care of many things to avoid production issues and to do not get escalations from client. I am also a family member and working from home, I will always be disturbed by my 2 year old son, and family members. It seems this problem becomes more serious and might become mad soon. Could you suggest what are the common tests that can detect any problems in my brain. What are the long term problems from multitasking? Can I leave like that without consulting doctor?

Iam experiencing severe upper back right side & right shoulder blade pain from 3 months, no injury, no numbness, normal bowel movement,able to lift hand, continuous but no rest pain done physiotherapy,but no improvement.now pain is radiating to mid back both sides. Neurlogist prescribed me MRI cervical spine, iam not able to contact him now. pain has radiated to mid back, both sides which MRI I have to take now. Or any other tests.

Will it be good if I consult neurologist online for my pain in right side of brain... There is a pain only right side portion ...can I visit MBBS doctor for treatment
