Headache and numbness

I'm having headache spinal issues and numbness in left hand severely sometimes I feel pins in my head and severe pain in neck n shoulder. Eyes hurt and pain radiates from back of the neck head to shoulder blade of left side along with dizziness and nausea and anxiety palpitations and breathlessness.
