Brain and Spine Problems

My mother(57) has diabetes and is currently consuming gabamax gold and neurobion forte but the current shock in her leg is not reducing anything else that can be done?

My forehead hurts little. a mild pain surrounding the eye and the nose and a dull ache in the neck region. it last since 2 weeks. no cold and no disturbance in sleep. presently i undergone a nissen fundoplication surgery for GERD issue. i dont drink and smoke. i have also attached my blood report. kindly suggest me what to do

I feel tingling in feet which is get worse at night that I cannot sleep also feel tingling in hand at night

I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis 3 yrs back. Since then I feel weakness in my left hand with mild pain and numbness. Since last 2 months I have severe pain in the upper shoulder while moving it upwards, which extends towards head till behind the left ear. Is this pain linked with the nerve compression or is it just muscle stiffness due to weakness.

How to treat migraines and neck pain which are very frequent , and reccuring medication seems to help only for a short span but then again migrains Please guide me how to deal with this

I am currently taking betacap plus 10 and amitone 10 once daily since last one month to help with migraine. My symptoms have improved. How long do i need to take the medication for full recovery? Shall i stop suddenly or taper? Please advise.

I feel pain or nerve irritation under my feet. It has been for more than 2 years. Some days it is more. There was an L5 tiny bulge when did MRI scan. Any remedies for this pain to go? Or what is the treatment?
