  4. Pain at the back of the head. Suggest.

Pain at the back of the head
Hi, I get pain at the back of the head, around the tip of my back bone everytime I bend my neck for around 20 seconds or when there is very loud noise around. Please suggest.

Usual to have he headache with loud noise. If regular feature then need to see your daily routine. Have do regular exercises and meditation Avoid excessive use of mobile devices especially at night before bedtime. Relaxation therapy may help. Sos painkillers If still have issues consult Thanks
