Migrane pain
In around 10-15 days usually I get severe headache. I am on medication for high bp also when pain starts I usually take naxdom 250. But is their a way to stop this cyclic pain.

Of course there is . You need to identify the triggers with help of a neurospecialist. Avoid them. Take medicines. Being about lifestyle change and changes in eating habits and you are good to go. Consult me if you so desire.

If you have BP too then need to check for causes for same and headache too. Too young to have both.
Kindly take a proper consult or you might land up with stroke.
