Brain and Spine Problems

My neck and head is swaying front and back when I sit idle. Sometimes I feel vibrations in brain and neck. This is being there for past 6 months. Took MRI brain and venogram, results are normal. I am attaching the report. My neurologist said I am suffering from Anxiety and stress. But the problem is still there. Can you please advis what could be the cause? May be due to vitamin deficiency, if so please suggest some vitamin supplement. Or it can be due to inner ear problem? because sometimes I feel pressure in left ear.

My brother has been diagnosed with genetic disease.Me nd my brother has same symptoms.. Do i need to undergo genetic testing apart frm him..Doctor prescribed him ubinextlc any other medicine alng with it to get muscle strength?
